Miscellaneous Gallery
This is where I'll stick all the pics of the odd minis I've collected
from various minaiture lines. These minis either come from games that
went OOP soon after I started collecting them, games I thought I would
want to start playing but didn't, or they are just minis I bought for
no other reason then to paint them. I try to use some of them to represent
characters, villains, and others in role playing games, but most just
sit on the shelf collecting dust.
To see a larger picture just click on the thumbnail. The picture of
the miniature should appear in a new window. This page has a lot of thumbnails
so it may take a while to load.

Crucible
Crucible was a short lived fantasy games made by FASA. I only
managed to get a few of the minis before FASA closed it's doors for good.
Although the miniatures are still being made by a company called Iron
Wind Metals I'm not planning on getting any more so the minis pictured
here are all there's going to be pictured here.

Mage
Knight
Mage Knight is a collectible miniature game. That means that
you buy packs of miniatures without knowing what you're getting. The only
way to create an army the way you want it is to trade with other Mage
Knight collectors. The oversimplified and badly designed rules, along
with the terrible collectable aspect, means that this is not a game I
am ever going to play. However, some of the earlier miniatures are available
in metal, and they're not colelctable. Although the plastic miniatures
look like crap the metal figures aren't that bad.

Chainmail
Chainmail is a fantasy table-top miniature skirmish game based on the
D&D 3rd Edition Role Playing system. Chainmail was made by Wizards
of the Coast but unfortunately it has been discontinued. However, you
can still find some of these miniatures, as well as a few new ones,
in Wizards of the Coast's new miniature game simply titled D&D Miniatures.
Unfortunately the miniatures are similar to those made by Wizkids, in
other words they're made from cheap plastic and are pre-painted with
really crappy paint jobs. Some of the figures were also re-sculpted
and now look really bad.

VOR:
The Maelstrom
VOR was one of the best sci-fi skirmish games I have ever played.
Unfortunately it's been discontinued. I wasn't able to get many miniatures
before the game went OOP so what you see here is all I have.

Wargods
of Aegyptus
Wargods of Aegyptus is a large scale game where the Children
of the Gods, mortals made in the image of the Gods, fight in a world very
similar to ancient Egypt. Although I probably wont collect an entire army
(very expencive), the miniatures look excelent and I'll definately get
some of the best looking ones.
